We offer family newborn sessions in our studio in Brockport. Baby’s comfort is important to us. We keep baby with mom and dad as much as possible to capture your unique and precious bond as you get to know your newest love.
For booking, we jot down your estimated due date and we ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can schedule your session.
Newborn sessions are baby-led for their comfort and safety. We recommend keeping baby on their normal sleep and feeding schedule on the day of your session.
We welcome you to bring a pacifier if your baby takes one. If your little one is bottle fed, please bring one with you.
We encourage you to bring a special item for your session, but we do ask that you let us know about the item ahead of time for planning. This could be a blanket, hat, outfit, etc. We love to get creative with portraits of baby. A family heirloom, sonogram picture or item that baby loves makes your images extra special.
We have a modest collection of wraps and outfits for baby that are available to you. We also have a modest client closet available upon request. Wardrobe is an important step in planning your session and we love to help!
If you added on wrapped portraits of baby please note this will add up to an hour to your session time.
In-home lifestyle sessions are available upon request. We do NOT include the use of studio backdrops in your home. Lifestyle sessions are intended to display your home life, environment, and natural moments. We are happy to use wraps upon request.
